Keertan In Raag

Kirtan is an Art of the Soul.

Raagas are Musical hymns used to build a melody, but when the Raagas are embedded with the holy verses of SAHIB SHRI GURU GRANTH SAHIB JEE they lead to spiritual transformation.

However, this art has been forgotten today.

So we the KHOJ 2014 TEAM are attempting to revive this tradition and thus Introducing the event of KIRTAN IN RAAG with a wish to create an atmosphere that provokes Divinity.

INSTRUCTIONS:

• This can be an Individual / Team Event.
• Kirtan should be strictly done in Raag of the Shabad & should start with Rahao Sthai (Main Pangti).
• Time limit : 10 mins
• Open for all Age Groups.
